We will assist churches in securing supply speakers, interim pastors, and other staff personnel upon request. Pastoral transitions can be difficult and stressful. The State Convention has resources to help. Additionally, Kelton, our Associational Missionary, is available to meet with your church to assist in the journey of selecting a new pastor. Search Committees pursuing resumes from our office are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information, exploring the appropriateness of the candidate for the position, obtaining references, and initiating appropriate background checks on potential candidates for ministry and service.
