JBA Ministries
Baptist Men
The NC Baptist Men/Baptists On Mission's vision is: "Every Christian sharing God's love with hurting people through word and deed". There are 14 different ministries of NCBM. We believe that all Christians are called, gifted and sent. Our desire is to help churches involve their members (women, men, and students) in missions and ministry in Jesus' name. For more information, please visit www.baptistsonmission.org.
On a more local level, the JBA has helped organize Brotherhood groups for community projects as well as local disaster relief efforts. Additionally, we work alongside Johnston County Senior Services. They often call the JBA with needs for the elderly, such as; installing grab bars for bathtubs, wheel chair ramps, leaking roofs, painting projects, and other small/minor projects. If your group would be interested in helping with these referrals, please call us 919-965-9450.

Church Planting
Mark Gray, leader of the BSCNC church planting team, estimates that about 5.6 million people, more than half the population of North Carolina, are not Christians. We are committed to bringing the Gospel to people across the JBA by equipping and supporting church planters, lay leaders, and churches in church planting efforts. Following an association's request and approval, the BSCNC helps fund a church planter for up to two years. Convention staff also provides training sessions to help church planters plan the first year of their church plant. And the JBA will work alongside you and your church to help with a successful plant. Additionally, as a church plant, you have access to the Evangelistic Block Party Trailer for FREE! Visit the EBPT page to learn more. If you need more information about church planting in our area, give us a call at the JBA!
To learn more, visit the NC Baptist State Convention Church Planting site. There are lots of resources available.

Discipleship
Discipleship is utilizing various ministry tools, strategies and programs to help people grow in Christ. We seek to resource ministry leaders so that they are equipped to help people grow as disciples and make disciples in their homes, churches, and communities. If you need ideas on how to involve your church in discipleship, give us a call and we can help! Ideas and helpful resources can also be found on the Baptist State Convention site at ncbaptist.org.
Evangelistic Block Party Trailer
The EBPT is stocked with bounce houses, games, and snack machines to help you reach your neighbors. It's a great way to take the church to your community. Visit our EBPT page for more details.

Youth
If you are looking to begin or refresh your ministry to students, we have several youth ministers involved in the JBA that could help you.
