What is the Blue Heart Campaign?
The Blue Heart Campaign was adopted by the JBA-WMU to bring awareness to our churches that human trafficking exists, right here, in our local communities. We think we are immune to such tragedies here in the South, and especially here in our own neighborhoods, but this is a very real reality. We must do what we can to educate others about this issue.
There are six areas of human exploitation:
• Bullying, Cyberbullying, Queen Bee Bullying
• Human Trafficking—Labor
• Human Trafficking—Sex
• Media's Exploitation of Families and Children
• Exploitation of Natural Resources for Personal Gain
• Pornography
